A. Possible reasons for log-in failure include the following.
1. Time has passed since the login screen was displayed.
If more than 30 minutes have passed after displaying the login screen, you will not be able to log in. Please access the top page of each system again before logging in.
2. The login screen is bookmarked and you are logging in from there.
You can't log in directly from the login screen. Please bookmark the top page of each system before login.
A. Possible reasons for failure include the following
1. The URL has expired.
The expiration time is 30 minutes.
2. The URL is not the latest.
If you reset your password more than once, only the URL in the last email you received is valid.
3. The URL is incorrect.
The URL may be altered due to the security of the e-mail system.

In addition to the ID and Password, the following authentication can be used to log in.
1.Email One-time code
You will receive an one-time code to your registered email address. You can log in by entering the one-time code.
2.Authenticator Application(App)
By setting up and registering Authentication App, an one-time code will be displayed. You can log in by entering the one-time code.

A. There are the following possibilities.
1.The email has been judged as spam.
Please check your mailbox to see if it has been judged as spam.
In that case, please change the settings of the email application you are using so that it is not judged as “not spam".
You can log in by entering the one-time code in the email.
2.Authentication has been set up with “Authenticator App”.
Please check if “KubotaEngine” is registered in the authenticator application settings. If so, please enter the one-time code displayed in the app.
If it is not registered, please contact the Kubota Engine Park System Management Office.

1.Authenticator App setting is unregistered or deleted.
Please check if “Kubota Engine” is registered in Authenticator App settings. If so, please enter the one-time code displayed on the app.

Please check if you have received an one-time code with the subject “Kubota Engine One-time code” at your registered email address. If so, please enter the code within 5 minutes.
If the email is not sent, please contact Kubota Engine Park System Management Office.
A. Only the QR reader in Authenticator App can scan. The QR readers in the device cannot scan.
A. There are the following possibilities.
1. Expiration of one-time code
One-time code expires in 5 minutes.
Please click “Resend one-time code” to obtain a new one.
2. The one-time code you entered is incorrect.
Please make sure that there are no input errors.
